You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and access codes.

• A selfie image for facial verification (via Smile Identity)
• Financial account details

You authorize us and our partners to conduct necessary checks to verify your identity and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

• Is entirely optional
• Is processed locally on your device
• Does not transmit biometric data to Blockroll servers

You are responsible for ensuring your device remains secure and protected from unauthorized access.

• Digital wallets supporting stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC) and fiat currencies (e.g., NGN, USD)
• Cross-border payments and remittances
• Currency conversion between supported assets
• Access to virtual cards (where available)
• Payment requests, fund transfers, and bill payments

We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use another user’s account or impersonate any person or entity
• Violate applicable laws, sanctions, or financial regulations
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect or confirm any violation of these Terms or relevant laws.

• You authorize Blockroll to deduct applicable charges from your wallet or linked account.
• We are not responsible for any fees charged by third parties, including banks, payment processors, or blockchain networks (e.g., gas fees).
• All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

• Identity verification (e.g., Smile Identity)
• Blockchain infrastructure and stablecoin on/off-ramps
• Virtual card issuing
• Payment processing

While we conduct due diligence on our partners, we are not responsible for their actions or omissions. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

• The collection and use of your data for service delivery, compliance, and account security
• Biometric login via device-level authentication
• Identity verification using facial recognition technology (as outlined in our Privacy Policy)

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our express written consent.

• That the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That data will be transmitted securely without delays
• That all third-party platforms and services will perform flawlessly

Use of our Services is at your own risk.

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or revenue
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for use of the Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• You breach these Terms
• Your activity poses a security, legal, or reputational risk
• Required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may withdraw remaining funds in accordance with applicable laws.

• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

• We will notify users of material changes through email or in-app notifications.
• Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
